A super quick and delicious snack to go: gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan walnut bites.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Chop the walnuts together with the erythritol in a big blender. You can leave it roughly chopped and it works fine with finely chopped walnuts as well.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick batter.
Form small balls (it helps if your hands are wet) and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes (use only top and bottom heat!).
Let them cool off and enjoy!
